You have 30 days from receipt of the product to request a return or exchange. The product must be intact, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

To start the procedure, write to us at info@reshapechair.it indicating:

• Order number

• Reason for return or exchange

• Any photos if the product has defects or damage

After receiving your request, we will send you instructions for the return. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrect product. Once we have received and verified the return, we will proceed with the refund or shipment of the replacement product within 7 working days.
